Laura a fourth year Biochemistry graduate student in the Al-Hashimi laboratory has just been awarded an NIH Predoctoral Fellowship for her proposal entitled  "Structure, Function and Targetability of RNA Excited States" from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences.
