Postdoctoral positions are available in the lab of Dr. Bartesaghi to work on algorithmic and analytic developments in the area of cryo-electron microscopy, including image acquisition, reconstruction, processing, and data analysis.


  • Ideal candidates should hold a PhD in the area of engineering, computer science, or a related area.
  • Experience related to the quantitative aspects of cryo-electron microscopy, image processing, structural biology and/or parallel programming is preferred.
