Annual Progress Meetings

Upon successful completion of the prelim exam, the student should arrange a meeting each subsequent year with at least three members of the Thesis Committee to make a progress report. The Committee should use these meetings to note adequate progress, or to provide help and/or advice if needed. The student should be prepared to present a summary of research accomplished and plans for the next year. A short written summary would facilitate the presentation. The student should report these meetings to the Biochemistry Graduate Studies Office (signature forms are available in the BGSO).

The progress meetings should be completed by the beginning of May each year.
